We don't like tracking hours, minutes and counting emails and texts. Ain't nobody got time for that! Here's how we keep it simple and provide tons of support. Each week we block out time for a regular scheduled meeting. Duration of the meeting will depend on your company size. The more employees, the more time allocated.
Don't worry, we understand things pop up that can't wait until next week! You can reach out to us and say, "Hey, got a minute?" Once you become a client, you'll have access to submit "got a minute" support requests. We aim to respond within a few hours, but our official commitment is to responded within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You get unlimited requests, but you can only make one request at a time.
